Nonconformity and Corrective Action Procedure

This procedure defines how your organisation reacts to nonconformities within the EnMS, takes action to control and correct them, deals with their consequences, evaluates the need for action to eliminate their root causes so they do not recur or occur elsewhere, and reviews the effectiveness of corrective action taken, in accordance with ISO 50001:2018, Clause 10.1.
