Hazard Assessment Register

This register records the hazard assessment carried out by the food safety team of your organisation, as required by Clause 8.5.2.3 of ISO 22000:2018. For each identified food safety hazard it records the severity of adverse health effects and the likelihood of occurrence before control measures, the basis and evidence for each rating, and the decision on whether the hazard is significant.
