Competence, Training and Awareness Procedure

This procedure defines how your organisation determines the competence needed for persons whose work affects its energy performance and the effectiveness of the EnMS, ensures those persons are competent, provides training or other action to acquire necessary competence, and ensures awareness of the energy policy, EnMS and each person’s role in achieving energy objectives, in accordance with ISO 50001:2018, Clause 7.2 (Competence) and Clause 7.3 (Awareness).
