Competence, Training and Awareness Procedure

This procedure defines how your organisation determines, provides, evaluates and maintains the competence of persons doing work under its control that affects the performance and effectiveness of the Nuclear Quality Management System (NQMS), and how it ensures that such persons are aware of the Quality Policy, relevant quality objectives, their contribution to nuclear safety, and the implications of nonconformity, in accordance with clauses 7.2 and 7.3 of ISO 9001:2015 as extended by ISO 19443:2018.
