Audit Findings Register

This register consolidates findings from internal (and, where applicable, external certification) audits of the EnMS, tracking each finding through root cause analysis, corrective action, and verification of closure, in accordance with ISO 50001:2018, Clause 9.2 and Clause 10.1. It is maintained in line with the Internal Audit Procedure and the Nonconformity and Corrective Action Procedure.
