ISO Compliance Research Assistant – Fresher

QEHS Vault is looking for a motivated and research-oriented ISO Compliance Research Assistant to support research, analysis and development of ISO management system resources. This entry-level position is suitable for fresh graduates interested in ISO standards, regulatory requirements, quality management and compliance. Responsibilities include researching ISO standards and their requirements, reviewing updates to management system standards, assisting in the preparation of compliance checklists, conducting basic research on industry-specific requirements, supporting the development of ISO manuals, procedures, policies and templates, and organising research findings into clear and practical documentation. The successful candidate should have good written English, strong research and analytical skills, attention to detail, basic computer proficiency and a willingness to learn. A qualification in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Business Administration or a related field is desirable. Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 or other management system standards is an advantage. No previous work experience is required, as training and guidance will be provided.
