Nonconformity and Corrective Action Procedure

This procedure defines how your organisation identifies and controls nonconforming outputs, and how it investigates the root cause of, and takes corrective action to eliminate, nonconformities affecting its Nuclear Quality Management System (NQMS), in accordance with clauses 8.7 and 10.2 of ISO 9001:2015 as extended by ISO 19443:2018.
