Critical Limits Register

This register records the critical limits set for each critical control point (CCP) and the action criteria set for each operational PRP (OPRP) of your organisation, as required by Clause 8.5.4.2 of ISO 22000:2018. For each limit it records the rationale and source, the validation that supports it, and how it is measured, so that the limits are measurable or observable, justified and documented.
