Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using QEHS Vault. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QEHS Vault website and the purchase and use of the digital products available on it.

By accessing the website, creating an account or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

2. Use of Products

QEHS Vault products — including document templates, manuals, procedures, forms, checklists, work instructions and other digital QEHS resources — are provided for your own internal business or personal use, in line with these Terms.

You may edit and customise purchased documents to suit your own organisation's needs. Templates are general starting points and are not tailored to any particular organisation, industry or jurisdiction. Without our prior written permission, you may not:

  • resell or redistribute the products, in original or modified form;
  • share them publicly or make them available for download by others;
  • republish them, in whole or in part; or
  • offer them commercially as stand-alone templates or as part of another template product.

3. Purchases and Payments

Product prices are shown on the website in the currency displayed at the time of purchase. Prices may change from time to time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Applicable taxes may be added where relevant.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing information. Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout. An order is considered successfully placed once payment and order processing have been completed for the payment method you selected.

4. Digital Downloads

All QEHS Vault products are digital. No physical products are shipped.

Once your payment has been confirmed and your order has been processed, your purchased files become available in your account under My Account → Downloads. Download access depends on successful payment and order processing; for some payment methods this may take longer than for others.

Please keep your account login details secure, as they give access to your purchased files.

5. Intellectual Property

The website and its content — including branding, graphics, original text, templates, documents and designs — are owned by or licensed to QEHS Vault and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any QEHS Vault intellectual property to you. Instead, you receive the right to use the purchased materials as described in these Terms. Unless we have given written permission, you may not:

  • copy products for the purpose of resale;
  • redistribute or republish products;
  • resell products, or templates derived from them, commercially;
  • upload products to public repositories, file-sharing services or marketplaces; or
  • share purchased files with unrelated third parties.

6. Accuracy and Disclaimer

QEHS Vault resources are practical templates and reference materials. They are intended to be reviewed, customised and adapted to your organisation's activities, risks, legal and regulatory requirements, applicable standards and operational context before use.

Purchasing or using a QEHS Vault resource does not, by itself, guarantee ISO certification, regulatory or legal compliance, audit approval or a successful certification outcome. These outcomes depend on how your organisation implements and maintains its management system.

You remain responsible for deciding whether a resource is suitable for your organisation and for obtaining professional or legal advice where necessary. While we take care in preparing our resources, we cannot guarantee that they are free from errors or suitable for every purpose.

7. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are digital, purchases are generally non-refundable once you have received access to them or the ability to download them. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded.

If something has gone wrong with your purchase, please contact us at support@qehsvault.com and we will help — for example, if:

  • a purchased file is corrupted;
  • a download does not work;
  • you received the wrong product; or
  • you have a technical issue accessing your purchase.

8. User Accounts

When you create a QEHS Vault account, you are responsible for:

  • providing accurate and up-to-date information;
  • keeping your account secure and your login credentials confidential; and
  • not allowing others to access your account or your purchased downloads.

If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, please notify us promptly at support@qehsvault.com.

9. Prohibited Use

You must not use the website or its products for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, malicious or harmful purpose. In particular, you must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or other users' accounts;
  • interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the website;
  • upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code;
  • misuse or attempt to abuse the payment process;
  • scrape or copy website content in breach of these Terms; or
  • resell purchased digital products without authorisation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, QEHS Vault is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage — including loss of profits, business, data or opportunity — arising from or in connection with your use of the website or its digital products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when the updated Terms are published on this page, unless stated otherwise, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change accordingly.

Your continued use of the website after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
